On Friday, November 9, 2012, a wild banana slug (Ariolimax., species), makes its way through the forest at Limekiln State Park in Big Sur, Calif. The area is known for it's breathtaking views of the Big Sur Coast, the beauty of the redwood (Sequoia, species) forest, the rugged coast and the cultural history of limekilns, once used to create limestone.
