Summer Phlox (Phlox paniculata) are blooming in a neighbor's garden that is nearly as beautiful as the Santa Barbara Mission Rose Garden in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Friday, September 21, 2012. The garden hosts over 1,000 varieties of roses and is enjoyed by locals and mission visitors as well. Shot on a Canon 65mm Macro lens, with two-light flash and tripod. Magnification approximately 1x.
