Lorraine Herder is one of the few Native Americans left who make traditional navajo wool rugs and navajo wool yarn skeins. She raises sheep, shears the sheep, cleans the wool, brushes it, hand spins it and finally hand dies it before weaving traditional navajo rugs. (Photo by Victoria Linssen © 2018)
