Children learn about Chumash values and heritage

On Saturday, February 11, 2012, Lisa Linn gave a group of about 20 children and their parents tours of the Chumash Museum, village and grounds. Linn, a member of the museum’s board of directors, began teaching children in 3rd world countries about the importance of their connection to the earth. She brought her learnings to the museum and now to modern-day children so that they become stewards and caretakers of our planet. (Photo by Victoria Linssen / Brooks Institute ©2012-2015)
